The pillow shown in the listing photos is a 22x22", if you order a smaller size you will not get as much of the black background. Solid black fabric on back of pillow cover.

This is a pillow cover only, does not include pillow insert
Covers are made actual size i.e. 20x20 will finish out 20x20
Please use an insert that is 2" larger than pillow cover for a good, full fit
